Meraki Christmas Festival is free to enter but activities are chargable and ticketed.

Under 16’s will not be given access to the site without an adult present.

Meraki Festival has the right to refuse entry.

Site Access Times:

Tuesday 11:30 – 22:00

Wednesday 11:00 – 22:00

Thursday 10:00 – 22:30

Friday & Saturday 10:00 – 22:30

Sunday 10:00 – 20:00

You cannot enter the site later than 22:00.

The main gate closes at 21:00 for exit and the side gate must be used.

We will require proof of age for all attendees.

Our festival has the Challenge 25 policy.

We accept the following forms of ID:

  • Driving license
  • Valid Passports
  • Proof of Age Card with a PASS hologram



Parents and Legal Guardians must be over the age of 18 to accompany a child at the festival. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Children trying to access the festival without a parent or guardian will be refused entry.

All children under the age of 16 must stay with their designated guardian or parent at all times.

Meraki does not tolerate bad behavior. We are a family-friendly festival and any anti-social behavior will result in the attendee being asked to leave the site and the any purchased activity tickets will not be refunded.

Meraki does not allow the following items on to the site:


Psychoactive substances


Chinese lanterns

Camping gas canisters above 5kg


Glass / glass bottles


Laser equipment or laser pens.

Soundsytems are not allowed anywhere on the site other than in designated Meraki venues.

Attendees are not allowed to bring any food or drink into the festival grounds other than young children’s lunch boxes and water bottles.

Attendees may be searched upon entering the festival site.

If you are found with drugs or weapons, you may be arrested on site.

No attendee will be allowed to leave the site with any drinks or opened alcohol bottle. The only alcohol allowed to leave the site is sealed bottles purchased as gifts at the chalets.

We do not allow any fire within the festival.

Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Meraki Festival ONLY sells activity tickets through Eventbrite or via telephone sales directly with the company. No other company is registered to sell Meraki tickets.

The organiser reserves the right to change activities and ticket timings. New timings and activities will be offered but refunds will not be offered.

The organiser reserves the right to change the event venue and timings. If a new venue and activities are offered refunds will not be offered.

The organiser has the right to amend the conditions from time to time. It is the attendee’s responsibility to return to the T&C’s to understand if amends have been made ahead of the event.

Meraki Tickets are non-refundable. We are willing to review requests for activity time changes but cannot garauntee availability.

Tickets can be transferred on agreement but you must contact christmas@merakifestival.com to notify them of the change.

Meraki festival will run based on all required licenses (planning & premises) being granted.

Attendees book tickets understanding these conditions of purchase.

If the festival is cancelled for any reason, all ticket holders will be refunded for their purchases within 48 days of cancellation. Meraki will directly refund ticket holders for their purchase.

When purchasing a ticket, your personal data will be added to the Meraki database and you will be added to our newsletter list. We respect your personal data and will not share your details with third parties.

We try to ensure that our ticket prices do not change.

We have the right to run promotions and change ticket pricing where necessary.

Our Activity Ticket pricing end date may fluctuate depending on availability.

Our Standard ticket price may fluctuate depending on the volumes sold.

Meraki has the right to cancel the event and re-arrange where necessary. If this is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, instructions will be sent to you directly. If you are unable to make the new date then a refund will be issued within the agreed refund terms.

Please note that if you email us requesting a refund for the event then we shall respond within 5 working days to all requests.

The organiser will have no further liability other than the face value of the ticket purchased.

The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the attendee beyond the ticket price, as a result of the cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, industrial disputes, riots, failure of the transport or utility network, malicious damage, pandemic, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction.

Governing Law.

The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with English Law and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
